Q: When can I expect to receive my shipments?
A: We ship our products using Express Mail Service by Japan Postal Service. Other shipping methods are also available depending on the shipment destination.  Please refer to “About Shipping” for further details.

Q: What are the currencies used for shopping this website?
A: The items are displayed in Japanese Yen/US Dollar on our website. When checking out, the price shown in Japanese yen is your final price.  Please note that we do not display or accept payment in any other currencies at this time.


Q: Do you gift wrap the products?  Is it free?
A: Yes.  We offer basic complimentary gift wrapping upon request.


Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: We do not accept any returns or exchanges.  However, we make exceptions in cases where the product is defective, or a wrong product or a defective product is delivered.  Please refer to “Return Policy” for details.
